CSsolution brings a Hong Kong practice's companies, people, filings and checks into one secure, bilingual system — from the company and its officers, through the Companies Registry forms and e-filing, to the statutory registers, the Document Register and client due diligence. Companies & members
Every client company with its officers, shareholders, branches, charges and registered office — and every person (director, secretary, shareholder, significant controller) as one record, shared by every company they belong to.
每間客戶公司及其董事、股東、分行、押記及註冊辦事處；每位人士（董事、公司秘書、股東、重要控制人） 均為一筆記錄，由其任職的所有公司共用。
CR forms
The Companies Registry's forms (NAR1, NR1, ND2A, ND2B, ND4, NNC1, NNC2, NSC1, NR2, NDR1 …) built on the Registry's own pages. Any box is editable before printing; Print on A4 or Download PDF; the minutes and resolutions that belong to the form come with it.

CR e-filing ADD-ON 附加
File a prepared form with the Companies Registry without leaving the app — check with the CR, sign, then send to your e-Drive or submit from here. The Registry's receipts are kept for good. An add-on, and the login must be allowed to file.
無須離開系統即可向公司註冊處提交表格——由註冊處核對、簽署，再送往電子貯存庫或由此提交。 註冊處收據永久保留。屬附加功能，且登入須獲授權提交。
Registers, SCR & share certificates
The statutory registers, the Significant Controllers Register (SCR) and share certificates — printed from the company's own record.
法定登記冊、重要控制人登記冊（SCR）及股票——從公司本身的記錄列印。
CDD & risk
Identity checks and screening are recorded against each person, the history kept; each risk assessment keeps its rating, source of wealth and funds, and the next review date.

Document Register
Every document in and out of the office, what was filed and when — the Register is there when your firm's plan includes it.

Reports
Annual returns filed or not, passports to follow up, the registered-office list, ND2B to file, CDD due, and companies by status — each with Print, most with Excel export.

Review queue & audit log
Switch on Review before posting and a colleague's change waits for a supervisor — never the maker's own. Every change, sign-in and export is written to the audit log: who, when, old and new value.

Your clients' most sensitive data, encrypted.客戶最敏感的資料，全面加密。
Encrypted in the database. ID and passport numbers, dates of birth and mobile numbers are encrypted inside CSsolution's own database — unreadable without your firm's own key, which is kept apart from the data.

Your firm's data stays your firm's. Every firm's records are kept apart by the database itself (row-level security), not only by the screens. Backups are encrypted before they leave the server.
各公司資料互不相通。每間公司的紀錄由資料庫本身（列級安全）分隔，而非只靠畫面。 備份離開伺服器前先加密。
Secure sign-in. Two-factor is required on this deployment — an authenticator app, or a passkey (a fingerprint, face or device PIN). A firm on Google Workspace may also use Google sign-in.
安全登入。本部署必須使用雙重認證——驗證器應用程式，或通行密鑰（指紋、面容 或裝置 PIN）。使用 Google Workspace 的公司亦可透過 Google 登入。
Every action recorded. Each change, each view of a full ID number and each export is written in an audit log that is never edited or deleted.
每項操作均有紀錄。每次修改、每次查看完整身份證號碼及每次匯出，都記錄在 永不修改或刪除的審計紀錄內。
Where the limits are — said plainly. Encryption protects your data against copies of the database and its backups, and against access to the database without the app; it does not hide a record from a user your firm has allowed to see it. Some fields are not yet encrypted field by field.

Every plan, yearly.所有方案，按年收費。
Each plan is billed yearly, includes one user, and starts with a 15-day free trial. There is no set-up fee. 每個方案按年收費，已包括一名使用者，並提供 15 日免費試用。不設開戶費。
Extra users: HK$1,000 a year for each add-on user place.
額外使用者：每個附加使用者席位每年 HK$1,000。
1,000-company plan: HK$1,000 for each further 50 companies.

CR e-filing add-on: 20% of the plan price, at most HK$5,000, when a user of your firm may e-file — this is the add-on that lets a prepared CR form be filed with the Companies Registry from the app, and the Registry's receipts are kept.
電子提交附加費：方案價格的 20%，上限 HK$5,000，適用於 貴公司有使用者 可作電子提交時——此附加功能讓已擬備的公司註冊處表格在系統內送交公司註冊處，並保留該處收據。
Government and insurance fees are not included and are charged at cost where they apply.

Register your firm.登記 貴公司。
Registration is an application, made at the CSsolution app. Fill in the form and CSsolution reviews it and activates your firm. 登記是一項申請，在 CSsolution 應用程式提交。填妥表格後，由 CSsolution 審核並為 貴公司開通。
Fill in the form
Your firm's Business Registration No. (we look your firm up at the Companies Registry), a contact person, how many companies you will manage, and a picture code. 貴公司的商業登記號碼（我們會在公司註冊處查看 貴公司資料）、聯絡人、將管理的公司數目， 以及一個圖像驗證碼。
We review and activate
CSsolution reviews your application and activates your firm, usually within one working day. CSsolution 審核 貴公司的申請並開通帳戶，通常於一個工作天內完成。
Open the activation link
We e-mail an activation link; opening it lets you choose your own password and sign in. Your 15-day free trial starts then. 我們會以電郵送出啟動連結；開啟後即可自行設定密碼並登入。15 日免費試用期由該時開始。
Nothing is usable until we approve your firm and you open the activation link. No password is chosen at registration, and no confirmation link is sent — the set-up e-mail is what lets you in. There is no instant account: registering is an application.
在 CSsolution 批准 貴公司並開啟啟動連結之前，帳戶未能使用。登記時不設定密碼，亦不發送確認連結 ——開通電郵才是進入系統的途徑。登記並非即時開戶，而是一項申請。
